Full Job Description
Volt is seeking Assembly Technicians in Chalfont, PA. You will work on assembling a variety of automated vehicle sub-assemblies (AGVs) referencing mechanical and electrical drawings and a variety of hand and power tools. These builds are for a leading global technology solutions provider.
As an Assembly Technician you will:
* Use numerous types of tools in electro-mechanical assembly.
* Read mechanical and electrical drawings to layout required equipment and materials
* Inspect your assembled work prior to final inspection, using supplied checklists
* Discuss errors in diagrams or production orders with supervisor, notify of problems

Pay Rate: $23.00 - 25.00 per hour

- 1st shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. Built in OT each week!

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Previous experience in industrial -mechanical/electrical assembly.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and bills of material.
