Volt is immediately hiring an Electrical Harness Assembler in Brimfield, IL!

As an Electrical Harness Assembler, you will :

Read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints/specifications, wiring schematics, work orders, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and BOMs to build parts.
Cut, strip, crimp, or otherwise assemble the materials used to produce electrical harness assemblies.
Run braiding machine.
Evaluate any mechanical or material issues.
Place finished goods in the designated area.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.

The ideal candidate will be:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior electrical wiring experience or production role experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Must have experience with a variety of hand tools.
Maintain safety standards at all time.
Ability to read blueprints.
Wire Harness Experience.
Fluency with various hand tools.
Prior mechanic experience a plus.

This is a Full Time opportunity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30pm
Location: Brimfield, IL
Duration: 24 Months
Pay Range: $20 - $21 per hour
