Sales Manager Compensation:- Expected first-year total compensation is typically around $120K-$135K
- The base salary range is approximately $75K-$90K, plus participation in our bonus program.

Sales Manager Qualifications
- At least 3 years of direct sales experience
- Industrial sector experience is strongly preferred
- Industrial services and/or industrial cleaning experience is required
- Plant environment exposure is a plus, but it is not required
- Resume is required for consideration
