AEM Administrator
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled AEM Administrator to manage and optimize our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of the AEM environment while supporting web development and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the AEM environment, including workflows, permissions, and content replication.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of the AEM platform.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and enhancements in AEM.
- Work closely with marketing teams to support content creation, management, and deployment.
- Optimize AEM for SEO and improve user experience through effective UX/UI design principles.
- Manage integrations with other systems and services, including RESTful APIs and cloud services.
- Ensure version control and manage code deployments using GIT and Agile methodologies.
- Conduct regular training and support for content authors and users on AEM best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience as an AEM Administrator or in a similar role with a strong understanding of Content Management Systems.
- Solid knowledge of web development technologies including Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with database management and integration of RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and SEO optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Experience with cloud services and deployment processes.
- Proficient in version control systems, particularly GIT, and Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
