Actuarial Analyst 2

What you’ll do:

• Maintain and update models to help design and price our life, health, and annuity products.
• Work on projects like updating policy documents and analyzing competitor data.
• Use your actuarial knowledge to advise management on decisions related to products, pricing, modeling, profitability, underwriting, administration, and risk.
• We encourage you to continue pursuing your actuarial credentials (Society of Actuaries).

Impact: You’ll build actuarial models using various tools and clearly communicate your findings to management through reports and presentations. Your work will follow professional actuarial standards.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience with life and/or annuity products.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Ideally, some experience with life insurance pricing.
• Progress towards your Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation (most have 3-6 exams completed).
• Typically 4+ years of relevant experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $88k to $120k. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
