Position Details
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation:$25.00 - $28.00/hour + benefits
Pay is based on experience, education, and skills.
What You'll Do
As an Office & Accounting Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our operations and finance team. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing accounts receivable and collections
Data entry using ERP and Salesforce systems
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Serving as the receptionist and first point of contact
Fulfilling supply orders for field personnel (includes light warehouse work)
Assembling and mailing marketing materials
Monitoring and restocking office supplies
Posting cash receipts and resolving AR issues
General office duties such as filing and administrative support
What We're Looking For
Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Familiarity with ERP systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly and professional phone manner
Excellent attention to detail and time management
