A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Financial Analyst.

Position Type: Full time Contract.
Duration: 06 Months
Location: Melbourne, FL 32919 (Onsite)

As a Financial Analyst, you will:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing, processing, and auditing payroll data to ensure accurate compensation and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
The Payroll/Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing, processing, and auditing payroll data to ensure accurate compensation and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Very strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V lookups)
Auditing tax reporting
Experience working in large data sets for large entities

Overall Summary:

Fully proficient support individual contributor. Position will be partially remote, but will need to be able to support on-site functions weekly as a assigned (1-2 days a week).
Works under limited supervision.
May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.

Nature of Supervision:

Works under limited supervision.
Less detailed instructions are provided, and minimal peer review is required.

Communication & Influence:

Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.

Bachelors in related field.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $30-$31 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
