In this role, you'll help keep our financial systems running smoothly by processing payments, reconciling transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and industry standards. What You'll Do:

• Process financial transactions with speed and accuracy
• Reconcile accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
• Maintain and organize financial records and reports
• Support internal audits and compliance activities
• Collaborate across teams to improve processes and service delivery

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or loan operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• High school diploma or GED (additional coursework or certifications are a plus)
• Dependable, accountable, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented culture
• Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday
