Our telecommunications client is looking for a Creative Account Manager to support their team for a 6-month assignment, with the plan of converting to FT after 6-months. This is a 40 hr/week opportunity that requires candidates to work 5 days/week onsite (M-F) in Englewood, CO
Position Overview
Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. The position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for clients.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals that meet client requirements.
- Perform compliance reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Implement retention strategies to minimize churn and enhance client loyalty.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to foster mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong skills in client relations, sales strategy, and customer service.
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
