OVERVIEW:
-As an Email Production Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end assembly and completion of email campaigns that go out worldwide and across various content types.
-You will be expected to complete and thoroughly test/QA campaign setups, content, and change rounds in rapid succession. -You'll work closely with editorial, design, localization, programming, and local marketing teams on each project.
-Work effectively with copywriters, designers, international marketing leads, and a vast group of internal cross-functional partners to ensure that deliverables are met when due.
-You will be joining the E-mail Marketing/E-mail Production team that focuses on e-mail production services across all lines of business
-The team is 8+ individuals, and on average they are responsible for ~60 global campaigns/week
Experience Required:
-3+ years of experience working in e-mail-based campaign production: being able to gather the various assets to put together e-mails, if things are missing - follow up with appropriate teams for quick turnaround time.
-Experience managing a workload of 5-8 campaigns/week.
-Experience building e-mails for enterprise e-mail service providers (Utilizing tools such as MailChimp, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, or comparable).
-Comfortable using HTML and CSSL:
-Understand how it applies to emails (i.e., for functions outside of the templates such as: formatting, making something bold, or making sure the code is correct for proper tags.
-The ability to troubleshoot & resolve rendering issues across email clients & platforms.
-Experience working with cross functional teams to drive project deadlines
-Following up with appropriate teams to gather needed information.
-Detail oriented, and comfortable peer reviewing
-You will be responsible for reviewing your own e-mails, and peer reviewing e-mails to ensure there are no mistakes prior to e-mails being sent out
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
