Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Carry out security-related screening procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and protocols.
- Provide customer service to individuals entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location, addressing questions and assisting as needed.
- Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited items from entering the premises.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and/or policy violations.
- Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with site staff and other team members to maintain a secure and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:
- A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Maryland Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
