Job Details

Responsibilities:

* Create Civil Plan sheets and calculations during the planning, design, and construction phases of various projects.
* Coordinate and manage multiple work tasks and projects
* Provide prompt and accurate status reports on a regular and consistent basis to supervisor and project team members.
* Review quality of work prior to any formal document issue.
* Meet or beat deliverable timelines.
* Complete accurate and timely project time sheets accounting for time spent on each project.

Education and Training:

* Minimum of bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
* Holds a current EIT license or will pass within the first 6 months of employment
* 1-2 years of relevant engineering experience highly preferred

Required Skills:

* Ability to create and modify AutoCAD Civil 3D files
* Ability to produce a full set of civil construction documents
* Effective verbal and graphic communication skills
* Effective organizational and collaborative skills
* Effective time management skills
* Experience working with cities, municipalities and counties or civil land development/subdivision experience highly preferred.
