Manager Coaching and Training Services
The Opportunity:If you are passionate about delivering on-site training and equipping end users for optimal success with athena products while building, supporting and developing a team of other passionate, high performing trainers - the Coaching and Training Manager (people) on the End User Training (EUT) team is the home for you.  The EUT team at athena is full of road warriors dedicated to setting any end users up to be athena product pros! Position Summary: The End User Training (EUT) Manager, part of the Coaching and Training Services team, will be responsible for managing the team who provides direct support, training and strategic utilization recommendations to athenaOne clients enabling them to achieve optimal adoption and maximum value from our services. Will develop analytical approaches to identify clinically relevant patient populations in a scalable manner and will determine methods to maximize value from both structured and unstructured (freetext) data.
