About Organon

You might say we’re a new type of start-up. On the one hand, we’re a passionate,
global community of thousands dedicated to redefining the future of women’s health.
We are a company formed through a spinoff from Merck (known as MSD outside of the
U.S. and Canada) with a mission to deliver impactful medicines and solutions for a
healthier every day. And we bring these important therapies around the world, with an
international footprint that serves people in more than 140 markets. Our areas of focus
include reproductive health, heart disease, dermatology, allergies, and asthma.

On the other, we are actually a new company, able to look at a global healthcare need
with fresh eyes and an innovative approach. We have intentionally developed our
culture, mission, and values to engender a diverse, equitable work community
collaborating in an open and fluid environment.
