Teamwork is a vital part of Liz Cotton’s job. Day to day, Liz Cotton deals with a variety of human resources matters including employee relations, performance management, training and development, coaching and more. When the St. Louis team relocated to its new North American headquarters, Liz’s extraordinary teamwork and can-do approach were put on display. She organized the internal change network, supported the IT installation team and coordinated with the movers to ensure a seamless transition for her 500 colleagues.
