    SAP Functional Analyst
    Directs the activities of one or more technical groups within IS&T. Responsible for the strategic direction of the department, including change management processes. Functions include the management of enterprise system monitoring, job scheduling, testing, quality control and system administration. Develops and reports on quality processes. May be responsible for managing software licenses.
