    Unit Description  Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services /Custodial Manager for healthcare.  This position is intended to support the Environmental Services units in the MN market as a Regional Operations Support role.  The position will cover for vacancies as well as for managers on leave.  This manager will be able to run a shift, train employees, implement and monitor Sodexo standards.  This Manager will report to the GM at their currently assigned Unit. Adaptability, effective communication with both employees and customers as well as a proven focus on quality is required. The position will be involved in monitoring Sodexo systems and standards.  As a member of the unit’s management team, the position will support the effort to provide excellent service to the patients, families, co-workers and our clients.  This role will be responsible for providing custodial and housekeeping support as needed on various rotating shifts where the need presents itself.  Will supervise staff on that particular shift, provide custodial support, employee management, support the need of the clients at the account.   The successful candidate will need to be flexible to support various shifts as the needs arise.   Seeking bi-lingual candidates; the ability to communicate in Somali/Ethiopian will assist in managing this workforce.     Come be a part of Sodexo where patients are at the heart of everything we do.  Position Summary Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client.
