    Unit Description Sodexo is seeking a Unit Controller for a prestigious corporate account: Mass Mutual located in Springfield, MA.  In this role, you will be responsible for all of the Unit accounting for 3 locations to include: accounts payable/receivable, some cash control and handling, contract compliance, assessment of risk analysis strategies, in weekly flash projections, quarterly forecast and yearly budgets,ensuring timely client deliverables, client interaction, data roll outs and retrieval, internal audits and financial reporting,  ability to commute to multiple units, creating documents, reports and presentations,invoice reconciliation, creating weekly and monthly financial reports, cash handling as needed, safe audits and managing client billings.  This role is very strategic in nature and you will be responsible for the interpretation and analysis of financial information. Clear communication required with in unit management on performance and drivers  as well as outside the unit communication as needed on the same. The successful candidate will preferrably have at least 3-4 years accounting experience in a lead role, strong knowledge of GAAP policies and procedures, proficiency in finance related computer applications such as POS micros, operation's management experience, be able to adapt to communicating on different level clients and audiences as needed, ability to work in a high pressure environment, ability to interpret and analyze financial information and attention to detail as well as excellent organizational skills.   Position Summary Manages all accounting and financial matters for one or more accounts/units. Includes accounts payable/receivable, budget, payroll, reporting, inventory, chargebacks, etc. Performs trend analysis to assist decision making.
